Job Opportunity – Neurological Physiotherapist (Band 5, Band 6 and Band 7)

Are you looking for a rewarding and dynamic physiotherapy career with flexible working hours?

Do you want to work more closely with people with neurological conditions, enabling them to achieve their goals?

Do you share our key values – are you compassionate, consistent and creative?

Then talk to us!

We are an award-winning neurological physiotherapy practice who work alongside clients in their own home or workplace to return to function as a result of neurological conditions, including Brain Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy and more.

As part of our Clinical Team, you would carefully plan physio sessions specific to each client’s needs. You would be keen to cultivate a strong working relationship with service users, their families and carers. You will also enjoy the challenge of engaging with a variety of multidisciplinary professionals such as case managers, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians and legal specialists, working together in the best interest of your clients.

In addition to more traditional therapy sessions which specialise in functional rehabilitation, at Physio Matters, we pride ourselves in providing creative treatment options for our clients. We offer a wide range of enjoyable adaptive activities designed to motivate and support their recovery, and you would accompany clients here if required as part of their rehab. We would also train you in these activities where needed. Current activities include the following, but you can find a full list on our Physio Active page:

  • adapted snowsports such as skiing and sit-ski
  • adapted watersports including kayaking and swimming
  • walking netball and adapted football
  • hydrotherapy
  • indoor climbing
  • equestrian therapy
  • gym work

Our practice is growing and we are currently looking to recruit full-time Band 5, 6 and 7 Physiotherapists to strengthen our experienced and ambitious Clinical Team. This is a great opportunity if you are an experienced neurological physiotherapist looking for a career challenge and to work in a stimulating and fun environment, with flexible hours.

What can we offer you?

  • generous remuneration package relating to experience
  • generous holiday entitlement
  • flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle
  • mileage allowance
  • funded neurological CPD courses to develop your skills
  • training in Physio Active activities where needed, such as skiing
  • a Business Support Team to make your appointments, book activities and do all the paperwork, including typing up treatment notes
  • training in medico-legal report writing
  • networking opportunities
  • Staff Away Days
  • social events and nights out
  • gym membership

If you want to work for an award-winning company that balances hard work with fun team activities, this could be the ideal job for you!
