New Website for Physio Matters!

New Website for Physio Matters!

Physio Matters have launched a new website, which is bigger, brighter and easier to use. It is the site you are on now, so take some time to look around. Our ‘Home’ page has quicker links to contact us and find the type of help you need, and links to all the conditions we treat. It features our latest client videos where you can watch people tell their story and find out how Physio Matters has helped them with their rehab.

The ‘Our People’ section is where you will find information about our Clinical Team with photos and videos of each physiotherapist, plus a profile of each physio that you can read and download. There are also videos of our Business Support Team.

15 ‘Physio Active’ Activities

We have a page dedicated to our ‘Physio Active’ programme, showcasing 15 activities which we can incorporate into physiotherapy treatment to help improve mobility, balance, core strength, co-ordination and confidence. These activities bring many benefits, including helping clients get out of the house, meet new people, enjoy social interaction, and learn new skills. Many clients tell us how much they enjoy these activities and look forward to them each week, as they are mentally and physically stimulating, and important steps on their road to recovery.

Our ‘Who We Work With’ section highlights our work with adults, children and families as well as case managers and solicitors. We have a Partners page here too which shows the wide range of companies, suppliers, activity centres and therapists we work with as well.

To hear our clients talk about their rehab journey in their own words, go to ‘Client Videos’ where there are nine different stories from people with a range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, MS and cerebral palsy. Our latest videos feature 14-year old Sam who has cerebral palsy, Richard who has MS, and Tony who had a brain injury following an accident at work.

Showcasing Our Work

Dr Jane Tonge, Business Development Lead at Physio Matters said: “We are really pleased with the new website which showcases our range of work, our great team and the stories of the many different clients we work with. We were keen to make sure the new site was easy to use, bright and colourful, full of helpful information and the latest news about Physio Matters. We wanted to make sure our clients’ videos were on the Home page too, as explaining their rehab in their own words shows what they have achieved with help from our great team of physios. Our thanks go to HIA Web Design who have helped us with the design and format of the new site and provided an excellent service.”

Core Values, Awards and FAQs

For the first time, the new website also features our core values, Compassion, Consistency and Compassion in the ‘Who We Are’ section. It showcases our Awards and videos from the Oldham Business Awards, where we won ‘Business of the Year under £1m’ and ‘Employer of the Year’ in 2019. Visitors to the site can also read Testimonials from clients, their families, case managers, and solicitors about the quality of our work and how we have helped people with their rehab.

This section has a detailed FAQs, which answers some of the most frequent questions people ask, such as what we conditions we treat, how to make an appointment, whether you need a referral, what happens in a physio session, what to wear, who can attend and much more.

You can also find out about our new Ambassador Scheme here which was launched at the end of January 2020.

The new website is packed full of information and the latest news about Physio Matters, our team and our clients. Take a look around and let us know what you think!
