Welcome to Andrea Hardy who joins Physio Matters’ Business Support Team as Administrative Assistant. Andrea, who prefers ‘Andie’, will be handling calls to the office, liaising with clients, partners and suppliers, typing medical notes, dealing with confidential client information and carrying out general office work.
Andie has a wide range of business administrative experience spanning over 20 years. She previously worked as an Administrator at a care home, where she supported HR and recruitment, took minutes at review meetings, and processed residents’ spending accounts.
Andie has already settled in well at Physio Matters and explains: “My first few days were great, everyone was so helpful and I quickly felt like a part of the family.”
She added: “I’ve always had a caring nature, from volunteering for Rainbows to my previous role in a care home. It’s so nice to once again feel like I’m part of a team helping people that really need support. I’m looking forward to getting to know all the physios and the clients, and supporting their work.”
Andie has a Diploma in Business Administration Level 2, Diploma in Office Procedures Level 2, and took a two-year Secretary and Business Studies course with CLAIT II. She also has Typewriting Stage III, Communication in Business Studies Stage II and a Distinction in Word Processing Stage II. So Andie is more than well equipped to support Physio Matters’ growing and ever-busy team.
In her spare time, Andie enjoys taking her Cavachon, Bailey for long walks and spending quality time with her two children, Abbie and Jason.
