Individuals

We offer a friendly and reliable physiotherapy service, which gives you:

  • home based treatment, not in a clinic
  • experienced physiotherapists
  • consistent treatment programmes
  • close consultation with your relatives and carers
  • equipment help and advice

You can refer yourself directly to us, so you don't need to go through a doctor or hospital to arrange treatment with us. Or you can arrange for us to visit a relative or client who needs treatment.

Once you contact us, we'll work with you through the following steps:

Step 1 - Confidential Phone Consultation - speak to an experienced physiotherapist to discuss your needs, find out about the range of options open to you, and book an Initial Assessment with your agreement.

Step 2 - Initial Assessment - an experienced physiotherapist will then visit to carry out a thorough assessment of your health and individual situation.

Step 3 - Treatment Planning - we will discuss your goals with you, whether everyday targets such as walking, sitting, standing, and dressing to more ambitious aims such as shopping, going on trips or holidays, or taking part in sport. We'll discuss with you how we can help you achieve them through a targeted physiotherapy treatment plan.

Step 4 - Treatment Schedule - we'll agree with you the frequency of treatment required and arrange for visits at a time to suit you. We'll provide full costings before we start so you know just what you will be paying for. We won't start treatment without your full agreement.

Step 5 - Referrals and Liaison - we'll work closely with other health professionals on your behalf such as GPs, occupational therapists, orthotists and equipment providers and other agencies involved in your care to help you achieve your goals.

If you'd like to book a free telephone consultation and speak to an expert physiotherapist in confidence, with no obligations, just call Janet or Katy in our Business Support team directly on 0161 681 6887.
